1. Services Rendered

Best Louisiana Crawfish ("the Company") provides mobile food services, including on-site cooking and catering. By purchasing from our truck or booking a catering event, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

Retail Sales: All sales at the truck window are final. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Catering Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure any catering date. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to the event.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on the seasonal market price of crawfish.

3. Event Requirements & Safety

Parking: For private bookings, the client must provide a level, legal parking space of at least 30 feet. We are not responsible for tickets or towing if the provided space is illegal.
Permits: The Company maintains a Louisiana Statewide Sales Tax Certificate and necessary Parish health permits. Clients are responsible for any "Private Property Event" permits required by their specific municipality.

4. Health & Allergy Notice

Allergen Warning: Our products contain shellfish (crawfish/shrimp) and are prepared in a facility that handles milk, eggs, wheat, and soy.
Seed Oil Disclosure: In compliance with Louisiana SB 14 (2025), we disclose that certain items may be prepared using seed oils. Please consult our on-truck menu for specific ingredient details.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment failure, weather delays, or "Acts of God" (e.g., hurricanes) that prevent service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish.

7. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS notifications (e.g., via our ordering tablet or website), you agree to receive automated transactional and promotional text messages from Best Louisiana Crawfish. Regarding this program:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your orders and seasonal promotions.
